Officers responded to a call about a shot fired and a deceased adult at 449 Grant Street at 2:10 p.m., according to the Williamsport Bureau of Police.
The man was found with a fatal gunshot wound along with a firearm and other evidence, police said.
Investigators and Forensic Service Unit members were called to the scene to conduct interviews with the home's other residents and to collect additional evidence, according to police.
